If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Our team will review your request and provide the appropriate solution.

Customers are welcome to inspect their order in the presence of the courier before accepting the package to verify the item, size, and condition. Once the order has been accepted and the courier has left, it is considered received in good condition.
